A beautiful place to rest after a long mountain hike. The view of the valley can be enjoyed for hours. Time flies when you sit on the terrace on a beautiful hot day, after many hours of hiking and drink a cool beer. It's time to move on.

Good food, friendly staff, and the music played, what more could you ask for. Gladly again ?

Nice hut with a breathtaking view. You had to wait a bit before being escorted to the table. After a hike of several hours, however, this circumstance was manageable and more time to enjoy the view. The waitress, a young lady, was very friendly and brought everything to the outside table in no time. The food, an apple strudel and the drink, a hot chocolate, were okay, if not amazing. All in all a nice cabin. We will visit again.

"Waiting with a view" was worth it, very friendly, great menu also for the small appetite, TOP ?? The short winter trip on Sunday was worth it ❄?❄

Dear waitress from September 23rd. We wanted to apologize to you for wanting to sit outside and causing you inconvenience. Going out is too much of a hassle for you .. with a total of three tables. Actually we wanted to eat something too, but that would only have been possible inside, according to your statement and unfortunately you weren't that flexible. I had offered several times to take my food out on my own .. you can see what's going on inside through the window pane. Funnily enough, you went outside after all and served the people. So is it ?! When I spoke to you about it, you were a bit slovenly and showed me the other hut, where I could eat outside. Wow. And sorry, again that we were there. Will not happen again. Despite the annual ticket, you won't see me again.

Hello. There is this star for the view and the ambience. But price performance is an absolute cheek. 15.50 for fried fish with 2 potatoes and finished sauce ?? ? And 10.50 for salad from the bag with ready-made dressing? I would be ashamed of that.

The view is just wonderful and the terrace is very nice, which is why I give it 3 stars. Everything else is not satisfactory. Although the service was friendly, he seemed overwhelmed and despite free tables you had to wait a long time until you were shown to a seat. The price / performance ratio is unfortunately not quite right, since the food is apparently ready-made dishes that are fried or come straight from the bag onto the plate. The glasses were unfortunately not clean and smelled bad and were very chalky. So it's perfectly fine for a short rest, but if you want to eat well, this is the wrong place.

The Corona regulations are also new for us, but why a table occupied by three people cannot be occupied by three people again and we were seated very harshly inside the dining room, not even asked where we would like to sit, was disappointing ?

You can book a place to sleep here. Looks nice inside. A large hall downstairs to eat. There is also a place to eat outside at the tables on the narrow balcony. But it's ok because the view is nice. We ate Apfelstrudel with vanilla sauce and cappuccino here. Apple pie to lick your fingers and the coffee was a little bit low sugar ... but also good.

The food was very good, especially our first Kaiserschmarrn pancake ?and the cold beer ? a pleasure after the hike. The service was very nice ... everything was very clean. You can sit outside and enjoy the view. Inside, even dogs are welcome.

This is how a good alpine hut has to be. Good friendly service, fast service, good quality of food and drink. Everything renovated, great view and terribly delicious Kaiserschmarrn. Always happy.

Can only join my previous reviewers. Unfortunately, the owners are a bit overwhelmed and not always the friendliest. The waitresses do their best to make up for it again. The food itself is acceptable, but not exceptionally tasty.

One of my absolute favorite places ... A great terrace, super friendly staff, a good choice of food, pleasant prices and perfectly prepared dishes. The tenants should change at the end of the year ... I very much hope that this standard can be maintained.

Bedrooms in a dungeonous underground - a little musty smelling. Lunch menu is great, but dinner is like a cafeteria - only 2 uninspiring prepared choices.

Excellent, visit. Food is very tasty.

Nice place with a fantastic view of the mountains and the valley. Nice stop-over for a hike from the valley to the Alpspitz or vice versa. The service was definitely a bit overwhelmed by the amount of visitors and very slow, so bring some time. The food itself was okay, but certainly not exciting.

Nice mountain huts ...... were in a room with two beds one above the other ...... good room to stay ...... the boss was very friendly .. the boss could be a little more hospitable !! Dinner was very good ..... breakfast actually ..... good price for the room !! With 15 euros!

Excellent food

Happened twice: room booked directly via phone was occupied when we arrived, even we arrived in time. Another time we were rejected and left outside after 8pm in winter time!! And this although they were more then 20 free places *we knew from other quests* in the house. The manager, guess the name Barbara Bokor, is a hell unfriendly person giving us the feeling mountaineers ain't welcome, she'd prefere commercial customers. What a shame for DAV :(

Frequent place direct near the ski downhill. In the season a lot of people there, but it's nice place to have a rest...

Not really good, Food tastes tasteless and the service is stressed. If you go there, only go for a quick bite, do not except much.
